Lumavis Prelude.
So I’ve been stagnant for awhile now, increasingly more obvious I need to get “excited” for my own stuff again.
I’ve been toying with the idea of turning a few series into a bunch of illustrations as oppose to a graphic novel like thing and finally found a fitting series!
Lumavis.
Hopefully more tasty updates to come but so far I’ve decided the main Lumavis story will be a prelude leading to what becomes of the remaining Lumavian… We shall see.
It’s interesting focusing purely on the visuals as oppose to all the writing makes the characters much more, at least to me. I think Hector is turning out to be quite the chum.
Lumavis Series Update.
I’m so sorry, I’ve only really posted massive chunks of text as of late so lets get to the point!
Lumavis originated as a comic/ graphic novel series.
As you can see the illustration was my main strength, I wrote up a script and started fleshing out characters but with all the technical side being worked on I lost my passion for the series, a pity given it’s intended to be my main one and it’s the name I go by, so I recently decided to rework the series as not a comic but a collection of illustrations showing various elements of the lumavian world. It’s a perfect chance to practice my drawing and mess around with some different mediums! So Heads up once I clear my work space I’ll be working on tasty concepts!!!

A heads up, I’m going to screw around with the blogs layout, see if I can get anything I actually like. Also I clearing out the people I follow simply because I don’t use this blog for following. Pretty sure thats a really dumb idea but we’ll see. Still updating normally :U
